Contingent was born in Brussels in ’79 from the ashes of those legendary Punk bands: Chainsaw, Streets, X-Pulsion. Their only record came out shortly after.
In July 1981 they recorded new material, but the band split up in Sept ’81 and this unissued second single never got released…till today!

Recorded and mixed by Daniel Léon at Studio Caramel in Brussels, Belgium. July 1981.
