The throughline connecting Professional Wrestling and Punk Rock by now may be a well-explored phenomenon... BUT nowhere have these two cultures’ shared values of irreverence and showmanship been better exemplified than in the Carolina’s most notorious Rock n' Roll heels, ANTiSEEN.

ANTiSEEN’s devotion to the squared circle is nothing new: their first odes to The Greatest Show On Earth appeared over 30 years back. And that devotion has now culminated with the release of their brand new LP, Falls Count Anywhere.

Falls Count Anywhere is a collection that fully documents ANTiSEEN’s wrestling fandom, featuring a track list of classics and new material alike...all NEWLY RECORDED by the 2024 ANTiSEEN "ULTRA LINE-UP" of MAD DOG JEFF CLAYTON, SIR BARRY HANNIBAL, MALCOLM TENT and newest member TIER-ONE GUITAR OPERATIVE, WALT WHEAT!!

Kicking off with an intro by the late, great Japanese Death Match legend Mr. Pogo, this album is an anything-goes, no-holds-barred tribute to some of Underground Wrestling’s larger than life characters.

Cactus Jack, Abdullah The Butcher, George South, and more, are chronicled in song, most of which were officially sanctioned by the legends themselves. Also featured are several covers of classic 70's and 80's wrestling songs. 

As is so often the case with trailblazers, it’s hard to say whether ANTiSEEN’s preoccupation with Professional Wrestling predicted future trends or created them, but either way, the band’s special interest in the sport has proven prescient. Whether it’s CM Punk incorporating straight edge into his persona or Brody King fronting hardcore band God’s Hate, Wrestling’s crossover with Punk has become more overt than ever in the last decade.

What better way to celebrate this cultural exchange than with this fresh offering from the original, true blue Kings of the Ring, ANTiSEEN?
